Allergies
All items are prepared and baked with love in a home kitchen that is licensed, registered, insured and food-safe certified. Your order may contain ingredients including, but not limited to, eggs, milk, nuts, gluten, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Customers concerned with food allergies should be aware of this risk. Anyone with severe food allergies should not consume any products provided by Sweet Wheat Bakeshop.

With placing your order, you assume all responsibility for notifying anyone who may consume or come in contact with products of the existence of these ingredients and the risks posed accordingly.

Do you ship?
At this time we do not offer shipping - sorry!

Do you take custom orders?
We no longer take custom orders (anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, etc) BUT occasionally have the availability for larger corporate orders.

If you don’t offer custom orders, then what DO you do?
We offer cookie decorating workshops, do popups and big, huge holiday website launches for treats you can pre order!

This new business model was an unexpected change during the pandemic, but you are continuing to keep us as busy as can be!

Cancellation Policy
Sweet Wheat understands, especially during this unpredictable time, that plans change and we will assist you to the best of our ability to accommodate any changes you may have to your schedule.

For corporate or custom orders, a full refund will be provided if notified within 30 days of your event. If your event is within 10 days or less and prep has begun for your order, due to the highly customized nature of our orders, the full deposit/payment will be retained. If for some reason you need to cancel your order before it’s been prepared, we’ll happily credit your order towards a future booking with us.

We are unable to offer refunds on pre-orders or treats purchased at popups.

Aftercare
Sweet Wheat is not liable for any damage to orders after items are picked up or delivered. Due to items being perishable, they are best consumed on the first day. Cakes are best stored in the fridge, or a cool dry place such as a basement until ready to serve. Cookies should be kept at room temperature, or transferred to an airtight container for added protection.
