Oh, hello!
My name is Annissa and I’m the owner, baker and workshop instructor behind Sweet Wheat Bakeshop.
Sweet Wheat Bakeshop is a licensed, food-safe certified and insured home bakery in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We offer and specialize in all the fun holiday pre order treats and seasonal popups!
I’ve learned, failed, grown and loved baking every step of this journey - from catering kitchens, to a cake shop on the west coast, and growing a once part-time passion into this full-time business. It has provided me more experiences than I could have ever imagined, including my proudest accomplishments - 2 Food Network wins!
